Additional Private Services

Private certificates, passport forms, fitness to travel and holiday cancellation letters etc can all be provided on request and all such services are subject to the standard British Medical Association fees. Details of the current fees are available at reception.

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

The practice has an associated patient participation group which is always looking for new members. The aims of these groups are varied but may include informative meetings for patients on any health or health service related topics, advice and suggestions on how the practice could improve its services, fund raising etc. If you are interested in joining or learning more about PPGs please contact Mrs B Graham, our practice manager.

Patient Information & Health Promotion

There are leaflets about various medical problems, self-help groups etc, in both waiting rooms. Please feel free to take any you find interesting. If you would like information on any particular problem please either ask the doctor or at reception.

Infectious Diseases

If you or any of your family contract an infectious disease, eg chickenpox, mumps etc, please notify the surgery so that we may note it in your records.
