Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If the doctor has authorised you to have drugs on a repeat prescription, then these may be requested either by posting or handing in your repeat prescription counterfoil, or by e-mailing us on: high-uhb.gp55412-reception@nhs.net

If ordering by e-mail, you will get a return message confirming that we have received your mail. If you do not receive this within 24hrs (office hours only), please contact us. These methods are safer than requesting medication over the telephone and also leaves the telephone lines free for patients trying to contact the doctor.

Please give at least two working days’ notice before you need the prescription, and also indicate on the counterfoil which chemist you wish to use since it may be possible to put the prescription to the chemists for you. Please do not hand your re-order counterfoil to the chemist.

NEVER WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF MEDICINES BEFORE RE-ORDERING.

Chemists

The local chemists to whom we are able to put prescriptions are:

Spa Pharmacy - Strathpeffer
Boots - Dingwall
Lloyds - Dingwall

You may, of course, collect your prescription and take it to any dispensing chemist of your choice.
